Origin
Management:
This is a door-to-door solution where we can
mobilize your ODC or project cargo from the
point of origin at any global location to
various destinations. We facilitate the
complete journey of your cargo right from
the original manufacturing site ex-works to
the final point of delivery, offering a
comprehensive range of services the include
planning, documentations, transportation,
etc. If you are looking at multiple
locations for sourcing various materials for
your plant we can safely handle it for you
through our inhouse project cargo team
located in our offices worldwide.
Feasibility
Study, Route Survey:
The complex nature of each project cargo
shipment entails considerable planning and
feasibility studies, route and carrier
selection, dry runs, mapping, clearances,
etc. This is necessary to estimate the time
and costs involved in the shipment. We take
care to interact with the clients to ensure
optimised routings, right selection of mode
of transport, etc. At this stage the
client’s business needs are analyzed,
information about the project is collected,
and the requirements for the system are
gathered and analyzed. After careful study,
the best solution is offered. During the
Feasibility Study stage, the project’s
goals, parameters and restraints are
foreseen to avoid any technical snags while
in transit.
Variables like project budget, time frame,
risks and benefits are identified and
roughly planned and an action plan is
devised.
The report is based on following

Jetty Design
& Engineering | Civil work repair and
restructuring:
Very often to service the requirements of a
project shipment we need to look at various
options like construction of a new jetty to
enable delivery closer to the factory site.
This may happen when the consignment is too
large to be carted by road. In such a case
we arrange to offload the cargo onto a jetty
on a riverfront or coast constructed
especially for this purpose. In addition, we
undertake various civil works like
construction of temporary roadway or
dismantling signboards, etc to facilitate
transportation. All necessary approvals
required for such activities are obtained by
our team and the site is returned to its
pre-construction state. This is the level of
customization that we at Allcargo offer our
customers.
Ocean Freight
| Ship Chartering | Barging – Offshore &
Inland Waterways:
Heavy and ODC cargo are best moved by sea
while sometimes it is enough to book space
on cargo ships at other times we may need to
charter an entire vessel to accommodate the
heavy cargo. This is another service we
provide as a part of our integrated
logistics solutions. We move your cargo from
the road and load it on to the chartered
ship again the entire documentation,
clearances, route planning and handling is
handled by Allcargo. Our skilled team of
professionals is present onsite to ensure
that the cargo is loaded safely and on time.
On reaching destination our team is again
present to ensure offloading operations
progress smoothly. We also fabricate and
construct barges for river journeys and
inland waterways. In short we do what it
takes to meet all challenges and ensure
deliveries at all costs.
Inland
Transportation | Vehicle Fabrication:
While handling project cargo on road,
transportation takes on a completely
different dimension. This may include civil
work construction and repair, obtaining
clearance from civic bodies and traffic
arrangements. All these have to be
anticipated well ahead of the project and
made to match the schedules. At times we
also fabricate and modify trailers by
increasing the lengths of trailer beds,
roofs, etc so that the cargo can be
transported safely and with no stress. We
have our own fleet of axles and pullers to
handle project and Odd dimensional cargo.
Site handling & erection:
Various technical issues may arise at the
time of offloading the cargo, but our crew
is always around to ensure that the cargo is
offloaded and positioned as per the
requirements of the job contract. Sometimes
a makeshift ramp may also need to be
constructed to place the cargo while
offloading. We are aided in this with our
own asset portfolio comprising various
cranes for heavy cargo in addition to
trailers and other equipment.
Indirect Tax Consultancy | Insurance
We offer consultancy services where we
advise clients on indirect taxes and give
information regarding schemes for import
duty benefits. Other important services like
statutory compliance, project registration,
permits, custom clearance, etc are also
extended by Allcargo to ensure that
hassle-free passage.
