Our bespoke ERP application caters to all the operational and financial requirements of the NVOCC division. This application has in-built CRM capabilities that facilitate sending of email updates such as loading confirmation, stuffing confirmation, cargo status updates, cargo arrival notices, etc to our external customers.


“Web-tools” a part of our ERP package, provides detailed information about your cargo right from carting at origin to arrival at destination for export and from loading at origin to arrival at destinations for import cargo which can accessed through our website. It also enables customers to electronically transmit their B/L drafts, approve first prints, allow computerized B/L printing and even permit customers to release digitally signed Bs/L at their own premises. Customers can also check the status of their invoices, brokerage, etc. online.
