As one of the largest NVOCC operators, we aim to provide comprehensive multimodal transport solutions, under a single ‘Allcargo’ umbrella. CFS/ICD operations are an integral part of our logistics services. The high LCL volumes handled by Allcargo along with our Multi-City Consolidation services necessitate custom-bonded CFS/ICD facilities for smooth flow of cargo.

Envisaging the need for more port related infrastructure Allcargo has invested in its own CFS/ICDs with world-class facilities, we are one of the largest operators in the country with three CFSs operational in – Mumbai, Chennai & Mundra and one ICD facility in Indore.

We began CFS services in Mumbai in April 2003, while our CFSs in Chennai and Mundra began operations in April 2007. We cater to the hinterland of the northern region through ICD Kheda, Pithampur in Madhya Pradesh which as been operational since March, 2009.

We have a proven track record of high service deliverables and our service standards can be benchmarked against international facilities. Our CFS/ICDs have been rated as premium infrastructure facilities by our customers for their service deliverables and safety / security norms. Cargo pilferage is a major concern at cargo handling and warehousing facilities in India. Our facilities are known for high safety and security standards and are “Pilferage Free”.

For smooth operations and flow of containers we have formulated streamlined procedures, systems and processes with scientific warehousing, efficient use and maintenance of equipment, IT enabled processes that keep you informed of the status of your shipment, environment friendly practices, well-planned administrative building with complete documentation and billing counters, customs officials and surveyors.

As ex-im trade to and from India continues to grow, there is a need for more port-related infrastructure facilities. With plans to begin facilities in Dadri, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Bangalore and other locations, Allcargo is well-poised to serve Indian trade.

Intelligent Technology Solutions: A tailor-made product handles all the operational activities at our CFS. All import and export operation entries are captured in this system including customs documentation and related formalities. Invoices are raised to the CFS clients based on services rendered and using an activity-wise tariff. A generic ‘track and trace’ facility is provided on our website. Additionally, we also have an “Extranet” facility as a value-added service which allows customers to access various reports in a secured manner. This system is also capable of generating UN-EDICFACT messages (like CODECO) which are sent to the clients as EDI updates.
